Carryover Trends from Winter

"Using Carryover Pieces is a great way to stretch your wardrobe and optimize the money you spend and the looks you can create!"
For many of us, Spring cleaning includes packing up our heavier wardrobes and bringing out/making room for new lighter, warm weather pieces. Not everything in your spring wardrobe however needs to be new, be sure to keep these pieces out to transform into spring looks and to maximize your closet.

1. Leather Pieces
Leather was big in the winter and that is a trend that definitely carried over to the runways for spring. Pair them up with a lighter, colorful spring piece for dazzling, trendy looks and at half the price!

2. Retro Inspired Pieces
Retro is staying for spring. Keep pieces like your pencil skirts, full A line skirts, anything lace, pieces with big block colors, graphic prints and colorful abstract geometric patterns.

3. Metallic Pieces
From metallic buttons to bold decorative zippers to studded pieces to metallic inspired fabrics- metallic ruled the runway so be sure to keep your favorite metal'ized pieces out to play this spring!

4. Blazers
Blazers have dominated the runways for numerous seasons and this spring it was no different. So keep your favorite blazers out and style them up for a new, fresh warmer weather look!

5. Denim Pieces
Denim is something that never goes out of style but this spring it isn't just limited to your bottom half. So dig out your old denim jackets & vests and revamp them this season!
